Pure and Natural "AromaBeauty" is a small family owned and operated business located in the Northern Beaches of beautiful Mackay, Queensland.

My business grew from a concern of my children being exposed to chemicals in our personal care products and after trying to find a soap that would moisturise my skin instead of drying it out. I was looking for a soap that would not only stop my skin from feeling dry and itchy, but was also chemical free and completely natural.

I discovered that supermarket bought soap was filled with lots of different chemicals that had been linked to health concerns that seem to be epidemic in our society. Even the natural soaps I found contained synthetic colours and fragrances, with only a very small percentage of soap makers offering completely chemical free soap. Just because a product says its "Natural" doesn't mean that it doesn't contain chemicals. Sure, it might contain some natural ingredients, but does it contain chemicals as well? Don't just trust the claims that some Companies make, check the ingredients on the label.

Studies have shown that the chemicals we use on our skin can enter the bloodstream within minutes, when we hop into a nice warm bath or shower, the heat opens up our pores and allows any products we are using to enter the bloodstream even faster. If those products contain chemicals, we are risking not only skin irritations such as dry itchy skin, eczema or dermatitis, but much more serious health problems. This information made me adamant that I wanted a soap bar with no added chemicals. I decided to start making my own all natural handmade soap so I would be sure of a completely natural product.

"All Natural" soap is not only a luxury or treat, but a healthier alternative to chemical filled detergent soap we buy from the supermarket. These soaps may be cheaper, but read the labels carefully to see what sorts of chemicals are contained in them. We readily spend $6 or more on laundry detergent to wash our clothes, isn't our health so much more important?

About Our Soaps

Pure and Natural AromaBeauty makes luxury "all natural" handmade soap with the purest ingredients found in nature. They are lovingly made with a large percentage of pure olive oil plus extra beneficial nourishing oils, such as Shea, Cocoa & Mango Butters, Avocado, Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond and Hempseed oils, each one carefully chosen for the special qualities that they bring to our soap bars.

We believe that all natural is best, that's why there are no synthetic fragrances contained in our organic soaps, they're the single biggest cause of skin irritations and sensitivities in toiletries and cosmetics. Why spoil a natural product with artificial ingredients? We use only pure plant-derived, aromatherapy essential oils for their therapeutic properties.

No artificial colours are used in our soap bars; we choose to use natural colorants such as beneficial clays, herbs and spices. Other ingredients taken from nature include aloe vera, goat's milk, organic flowers, oatmeal, coffee, honey, herbal teas and cocoa.

We proudly list ALL of the ingredients contained in our handmade soaps for you to clearly see exactly what is contained in them. You won't find any chemicals, animal fats, petroleum products, artificial preservatives, artificial foam boosters or detergents in any of our pure and natural soaps, no hidden nasties. Only 100% pure natural ingredients!

I hand make our pure and natural soaps from scratch in small batches to ensure the highest quality using the cold process method, they are then cut and trimmed by hand making each bar unique. Our soap bars are BIG! Each large bar weighs approx 145g and our smaller bars weigh approx 110g.

Our handmade soaps are extremely gentle and soothing with a luxurious lather that will leave your skin feeling wonderfully clean, soft and silky, without that dried out feel you can get from normal shop bought soap. They contain no artificial ingredients so you will feel the difference in your skin straight away and because they are so gentle, they make wonderful facial, shampoo and shaving bars.
